We’ll take a short 20-minute drive to a nearby working farm that is set on the property of a former schoolhouse that has been restored from 1936. The land surrounding the schoolhouse is cultivated by a nonprofit and an innovative hydroponic operation which grows a variety of produce through organic, sustainable, and zero-waste farming. This will be a true farm-to-table experience.
